Valentine bowl fillers
These are cute decorations for Valentines.
FLOOR
Hey we are over half way done with the bedroom. It is going well. If we get enough time tomorrow we will get all the wood put down. We will still need to do all the trim. It is looking great.
Wood floor progress
Well, its the middle of Oct and we have finally taken everything out of the bedroom. This is a lot more than a month. Can we get it done by Christmas? We’ll see.
QUILTING QUILTING QUILTING
Yes I’ve been quilting. I had fun at quilt camp, started lots of projects. Now I’m in the process of quilting some of the projects. Here are 2 of the finished ones. I’m donating the black, white and red one to the Paige Fire Dept. for their raffle. You’ll have to buy some tickets to get this one.
FINDING LOTS OF DOLL ACCESSORIES FOR THE DOLL SALE
I’M GOING THROUGH ALL MY CUPBOARDS TO FIND ALL THE DOLLS THINGS I HAVE AND I HAVE PLENTY. I WILL MAKE SOME SMALL THINGS LIKE HEADBANDS WITH FLOWERS ETC. SO I WON’T RUN OUT OF ROOM WITH BIG ITEMS. I STILL HAVE TO GO THROUGH MY BOXES IN THE GARAGE. I HAVE BEARS AND DOLLS OUT THERE TOO. YEP I’M GOING TO HAVE PLENTY.
DOLL SHOW AND SALE NEXT SAT
I have to concentrate on the doll sale for next Sat. I need to pack all the doll clothes , accessories, lace, etc. Then I will know how much I really have to take. I never think I have enough, then I always have too much. Will it be the same this time, we’ll see.
More Polyester
I have more polyester to list. I am taking pictures, measuring, weighing for postage, then I can list them and then I can SELL them. I also made some lace flowers today. I am trying to get them ready to list too.
MORE LACE
I’m sorting more lace. Got an idea to make flowers with the lace, so I may not sell it all.
I’m going to my quilters quild meeting tonight for a great trunk show. Can’t wait.
WOOD FLOORING
We are finally in the process of putting in a wood floor inthe hall and our bedroom. I emptied the book shelves and Mike took out the carpet and the baseboards in the hall yesterday. I’m not sure when he will do the next step. He wants our son in NE to send a tool so he won’t have to buy one here. Not sure how much that will cost, but he won’t have to buy a new one. We have more book shelves in our bedroom that will have to be emptied and all the funiture taken out. This could be a long process. I was planning on it getting done in a weekend. I guess I was wrong. Maybe it will only take a month. I’ll let you know the progress as we get to it. Now I’m off to some yard sales.
LOTS OF LACE
I am cleaning out a lot of lace. I have way tooooo much. Check to see if you could use any, If you what some that I don’t have in my shop send me a message, I may have it.
